Larson Elmore


Larson is a committed, motivated, self-employed consultant with over 35 years development and has the promotional

experience with exceptional customer-relation, communication, organizational, and decision- making skills. He

brings a strong work ethic and professional demeanor with proven talent in his core skills. Mr. Elmore has

orchestrated private and public corporate formations and has played a major role in many innovative initiatives.

 The group organized the first Positive

Thinking Rallies that were attended by over three million in a four year period. Some of the recognized celebrities

that were employed included: Zig Ziglar, Paul Harvey, Art Linkletter, W. Clement Stone, Mark Victor Hanson

and Howard Jarvis. His second major role has been in organizing Real Estate Developments in all sectors of

development from land acquisitions to high- end custom homes, retirement communities, casino resorts,

commercial office complexes, condominium developments, and hotels.

Matthew McMurdo Esq.


 Securities Transactions

Extensive experience representing issuers and underwriters in a variety of public and private offerings, including IPOs, PIPEs, SPACs and shelf registrations, and exchange offerings involving equity and taxable and tax-exempt debt. Principally responsible for drafting and negotiating securities purchase agreements, underwriting agreements, subscription agreements, legal opinions, registration statements, registration rights agreements, warrants, options and other related documents and equity instruments. Work closely with senior management and investment bankers, supervise associates and play lead role in the successful closing of transactions, including public exchange offers and acquisitions.

Merger and Acquisition Transactions

Represent purchasers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions. Negotiate, draft and review term sheets, stock and asset purchase agreements, merger agreements and all collateral documentation, including voting agreements, escrow agreements and non-competition agreements. Supervise due diligence.

Ben Borgers, CPA


Ben is a CPA with over 10 years’ experience in public accounting. Ben has two degrees from Texas A & M University. One is in Information Technology (IT) and the other is in Accounting. He began his career as a database administrator for the Texas Agricultural Extension Service managing several web enabled databases covering employees and support personnel in 254 different counties in Texas. Ben developed and maintained the databases and the web portal for these and also worked for an IT consulting company on weekends doing general IT and database consulting. This gave him a solid background in IT and Database systems and allows him the ability to understand complicated information systems and IT internal controls.

Upon completion of his Accounting degree he began his Accounting career with Grant Thornton LLP and spent five months doing forensic accounting and SEC reporting and financial restatement for HealthSouth in Birmingham, Alabama. 

Michael Sexton


Michael Sexton is an experienced professional Cannabis Cultivator. He has been successfully cultivating cannabis for over 11 years, where his specialty is Genetics and Cultivation. He is also a combat deployed U.S. Marine with a bachelor’s degree who founded a veteran’s organization and a Division II chess team at Shepherd University, while graduating a year ahead of schedule. He is an accomplished and motivated advocate with exceptional attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills, and the tireless work ethic to expertly bring top notch product to market in any facility.

Mr. Sexton has cultivated professionally and successfully in every medium and scenario to include outdoors (both in and above ground); indoor commercial structures, and green houses. He has used both soil & hydroponics, and has experience with inert material ranging from Co-Co to Rockwool. In short, he has done  nearly everything one can do with this plant.

He is a published cannabis advocate as well as a current contributor to the Cannabis Business Times (CBT) as a technical advisor. He also serves on the CBT board of editors. Mr. Sexton is well-networked and has consulted for and worked with a myriad of different cannabis industry frontrunners like Black Swan Organics (Oregon); Grownetics (Boulder); Tikum Olam (Tel Aviv, Israel), Bedrocan Inc. (Veendam, Netherlands); and has an ongoing joint venture with Hebrew University & University of Tel Aviv (Israel).

She is  Co-Founder of Hemp Solutions, a company that follows the Social  Entrepreneurship Business Model and produces high-quality, renewable  innovations while educating, encouraging, and facilitating the use of  Hemp-based sustainable resources.

Duane Rickaby


He comes from a broad background of retail sales and financial management and expansion of growth companies. He comes from a traditional manufacturing industry to enter the endeavor with Red Creek Reserve as an experienced executive. He Co- Founded for Ashley Furniture in Nevada an in-house plan for second change buyers to purchase furniture and electronics. Responsibilities included hiring, training staff, assisting in creating policies and procedures, trained staff on phone and field collections, developed the Nevada District, a total of 5 stores. He has served as leasing manager and

retail sales in Northern Texas. Leasing Manager and Develop for the furniture retail sales business in the Northern Texas area. Performed managing responsibilities in producing and maintain existing account base. He co-founder a marketing company in San Jose, California. The Bottom-line business and financial management responsibility encompassing all aspects of operations with over 2,000 agents located throughout the United States selling comprehensive financial services, insurance, real estate investments and securities

He structure complete business management accountabilities for this multi-store retail furniture sales operation, including direct supervision of all staffing, purchasing, merchandising, inventory control, warehousing, customer service and sales activities. Established long-term business relations with over 200 vendors, and purchased inventory from around the world.

Lance Brown


Enter-Arc specializes in what it calls Enter-prising / Enter-tainment Architecture, with the objective of creating

world class entertainment destinations experiences.  Mr. Brown incorporates his entrepreneurial enthusiasm into

Joe Abrams is co-founder of The Software Toolworks, a publicly held  developer, publisher, and distributor of educational and entertainment  software, which was sold to Pearson, Plc. for $462 million. Mr. Abrams  also co-founded Intermix, the predecessor company to MySpace, which was  sold to News Corp. in 2005 for $580 million.  He has also served on the  Board of Advisors for Akeena Solar and and was an adviser to  ZAAG,  assisting in public offerings, acquisitions and capital raisings.

Mr. Abrams specializes in emerging growth companies in several areas  including: technology, drug discovery technology services, consumer  products,big data and online job placement.  Mr. Abrams also sits on  University of Rochester Simon School of Business Executive Advisory  Committee.
